THE LANGUAGE OF LETTING GO
Mixed Media / Acrylic
Letting go became my language.
I created this piece during a season of learning to release what I could no longer carry and make room for what was ahead. The movement of the lines represents the tension between holding on and moving forward—the places where life feels layered, complicated, and unfinished.
Through color, texture, and movement, I found a way to express what words could not. Each mark became an act of release, allowing something to leave while making space for something new.
For me, this is the language of letting go: not forgetting what was, but choosing to move forward.
